Account & Data

You can delete your Cee account and the data tied to it at any time — straight from the app, or by sending us a request. This page applies to Cee on both iOS and Android.

Fastest

Delete inside the Cee app

  1. Open the menu
    Launch Cee and open the app menu (the menu button on the Home screen).
  2. Open your profile
    Tap your profile photo or name at the top of the menu to open your Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account
    Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap the red Delete Account button.
  4. Confirm
    Tap “Yes, Delete” in the confirmation dialog. Your account and its data are removed right away.
No app access?

Request deletion by email

If you can’t open the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you. We verify your identity first and complete the request within 30 days.

Use the subject line “Delete my Cee account” and send it from your account email so we can match it.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following from our servers:

  • Your profile — username, phone number, email, and account settings
  • Photos and avatars you uploaded, and any voice notes attached to reports
  • Custom cars and other Cee Store assets tied to your account
  • Reports you submitted to the map
  • Your Sparks, XP, trophies, and progress
  • Your sign-in / authentication record on our servers

Good to know

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Deleting in the app removes your data immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
  • Local data stored on your phone is cleared on deletion; uninstalling the app removes anything that remains on the device.
  • A paid Premium subscription is billed by Google Play or the App Store and is not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel it separately in your store subscriptions.

Want to remove specific data — like your uploaded photos, voice notes, or submitted reports — without deleting your whole account? Email hello@ceemap.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and tell us what you’d like removed. We’ll verify your identity and action it within 30 days.
